Amounts authorized for each program are:
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
As we understand it, this is open to Active Duty Military if: 1. Montgomery GI Bill - You are
eligible for the Montgomery GI Bill and entered service before January 1, 1977
and have entitlement left under the Vietnam era GI bill OR you entered after
July 1, 1985 and paid $100/mo. for 12 months or more.
Veterans can receive benefits if they
are eligible for:
1. The Montgomery GI Bill
2. VEAP (also called Chapter 32) or
3. Dependents Educational Assistance
families.
